and thank you for contacting us at Samasati Nature Retreat, Costa
Rica. We are happy you are considering bringing a group to our facility.
Samasati
is located on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica on a 250-acre biological
reserve overlooking the ocean. We are 700 feet above the water, a
total of 4 miles from the beach. The infrastructure is ideal for groups
and seminars. The accommodation are comfortable and exotic. We can
house up to 45 people.We offer single, double or triple occupancy
options, bungalows with private bath, and rooms with shared bath (see
prices below). Our group room is equipped with sound system and yoga
props. Our vegetarian restaurant offers wonderful meals buffet style.
Fish is available for an extra charge and we are happy to accommodate
special dietary requests when we can.
Following are our current rates, group reservation procedure, group
discounts and available dates for 2005 and 2006. Wonderful excursions
on and off site can be enjoyed by the seminar participants while staying
at our Retreat Center. We offer a wide range of Spa treatments and
other interesting activities, including Spanish courses and classes.

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICES
The
following prices are valid until November 2005, for a minimum of 10
people. They include accommodations, three daily vegetarian meals,
coffee and tea, the use of our fully-equipped group meditation room
and taxes.
Bungalow
(private bath)
Single occupancy $148 per day
Double occupancy $98 per person per day
Triple occupancy $81 per person per day
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Let
us know when are you planning to come with your group and make your
reservation in time!
In order to confirm your reservation and have your workshop listed
on our website we require a
10% deposit. You will get free referrals from us in this way. Four
months before the starting date of your workshop, we require an additional
25% deposit. Three months before the starting date of your workshop,
we require an additional 25% deposit. The 40% balance will be paid
upon arrival at Samasati.
