YOGA IN COSTA RICA

We are now taking reservations for our 2008 Yoga Vacation to Costa Rica, June 28th - July 5th, 2008.

Rebecca Dennis, E-RYT 500 of Laughing Bodies along with Ruth Anne Lundeberg, E-RYT 500 and Josh Schumer, E-RYT200 of Mama Nirvana's New Yoga, will teach daily morning Yoga classes, late afternoon and evening workshops and seminars on:

• Yoga postures
• Meditation
• Chanting
• Yoga breathing
• Personal development

All levels of Yoga students, including absolute novices are welcome. All classes will either be co-taught by two teachers or led by one with another assiting. This way all students receive intensive personal help and support. Even folks who have never done Yoga at home enjoy learning Yoga at our Yoga vacations. All classes are optional. The daily schedule allows plenty of free time for trips to the beach and adventure excursions, or lazy hours relaxing in the resort’s hot tub and hammocks.

We offer a special discounted price for spouses who aren't interested in the Yoga classes and workshops.

Childcare is available through us by prior arrangement. Fees include all Yoga activities, lodging and meals. It does not include tips for staff, air fare, excursions or spa treatments. We offer an early bird discount to those who pay in full by December 31st, 2007. Standard rate applies after that.
