Julia Grace Vishnepolsky, MA, LPCC, R-DMT, is a licensed psychotherapist and registered dance and movement therapist. She is fully devoted to helping human beings thrive. Her professional training in expressive arts led her to create “The Wave Movement”, an outdoor guided silent disco experience that inspires self-expression, a sense of belonging, and social responsibility. Julia crafts movement journeys with the intention for people to deepen their connection to themselves, their emotions, relationships, and the surrounding world.
Julia will take you to the world of movement and dance. She will help you find a connection between your mind and body and balance your physical and emotional fitness.
Justin Ifill, E-RYT 500, YACEP fell in love with yoga the first time he did it and has been practicing it since 2011. His training includes hands-on assists and adjustments, Ayurveda, restorative yoga sequences, and trauma-informed yoga. Justin also traveled to India to complete Bhakti and chakras training.
Justin is passionate about helping others to help themselves. He will teach you how to stay balanced and reunite with your breath to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Cathy Dirkx, originally from France, is an Intuitive Coach, E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainer, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Mentor. She has studied Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga & Social Studies, Energy and Subtle Body, advanced inversion, and arm balance practices.
Cathy will help you release anxiety and stress, rejuvenate and restore your body and mind through the powerful techniques of controlling the relaxation response of your body. You will manage to immerse into a natural resting state and live with less tension and stress.
Alevtina Levina is a Gong Master who has studied from the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. She is an Intuitive Musician, specializing in Gong, Tibetan, and crystal singing bowls, and other related instruments. Alevtina is a qualified holistic therapist, neuro-acoustic researcher, neurography teacher, and artist.

Her spiritual practice helped her find her path and purpose and now she wants to share this gift with you. Her classes are a fusion of healing techniques. She explores the world of mindfulness, finds effective tools, and incorporates them into her practice. From classic therapy to shamanic rituals. She is seeking a balance between spiritual practice and big city life.
