Colynn began practicing yoga in 2000 while also starting her career in nursing. She has found a perfect balance between east and west to help her adapt a holistic approach to her patients while treating them with western medicine. More recently she has learned to use her western roots to pass on the eastern teachings to students interested in learning and practicing yoga.
In 2014, after practicing for many years, Colynn chose to change to an eastern approach to her life as introduced to her in her Yoga Teacher Training at Parallel Yoga. Her classes are unique and integrate her western and eastern experiences into the body and mind to de-stress and fully experience how great the body was made to feel.
