Amelia Alameno

After countless doctors and medical personnel pushing her to try yoga to relieve chronic migraines, Amelia finally broke down and tried yoga. She hated it, but she kept coming back. Yoga quickly became her “feel good” movement of choice and later the most important part of her days. She quickly developed a strong personal practice and quickly felt the need to deepen her knowledge. After jumping into her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016, she’s never looked since. With a focus on anatomy and alignment, she loves to work with students to help make them feel more comfortable in their own bodies. She is currently in the process of completing her 500-hour teacher training with Yoga Medicine.
