Jessie Hill

Jessie found her way to yoga after years of athletics. What started out as a sports replacement quickly turned into a lifestyle, a community, and a dharma. While initially drawn to powerful vinyasa classes, Jessie has explored various styles of yoga through the ebbs and flow of her life. She is trained in vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, acroyoga, aerial yoga, wall yoga, restorative yoga, sound healing and more. In 2019, Jessie felt a calling to make a big change and return to school to study acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Learning more about the energetics and holistic healing practices has further influenced Jessie’s yoga practice and teachings. After all of these changes, it just felt right to return to Samasati, a special place that played a special role in her yoga journey and she looks forward to sharing this magic with a special group of students.
