    The Centered Self Retreat

    You spend your life giving to others.  Now it is time to receive. Come let the staff of Samasati nurture you while you indulge in a week of yoga, massage, nature hikes, beach swims, and self care workshops.

    Stephanie will share with you her favorite Self care practices that she has relied on for decades to help her find her center and be so full of self love that she has abundance to give to others.

    Sample Daily Schedule:

    • 6:30am – 8:00am Morning Yoga and Meditation
    • 8:00am – 10:00am Breakfast
    • 10:00am – 12:00pm Cooking Class
    • 12:00pm – 5:00pm Massages
    • 5:00pm – 7:00pm Evening Yoga and Meditation
    • 7:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner

    Stephanie McKenzie
    Stephanie has studied different traditions of yoga that emerged from the teachings of Krishnamacharya including Ashtanga and Viniyoga. She has also immersed herself in the study of Anusara, Yin Yang, Therapeutics, Vinyasa, Murat Boran. Stephanie’s experience allows her to adapt her teaching to the needs of all who unroll their mats at Samasati.  She seamlessly provides modifications, assists and  gently advances each student according to their practice’s level.
